1. Satisfaction Guarantee
Your satisfaction matters to us! If you are not happy with your purchase, you may return it under the conditions below.

2. Eligibility for Returns
Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
Return requests must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.
Final sale items and promotional bundles are non-returnable.

3. Return Process
1. Email us at customerserivce@makkoessentialsph.com with your order number and
reason for return.

2. We will provide a return authorization and instructions.
3. Ship the item(s) back to us at your expense unless the product is defective.

4. Refunds
Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 30 business days of
receiving the returned item. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

5. Exchanges
We do not currently offer direct exchanges. Please return your item and place a new order if you wish to try a different product.
