1. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship domestically within the Philippines and internationally to selected
countries. Please check our shipping zones at checkout.

2. Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Once your order has shipped, you will
receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

3. Shipping Rates
For a limited time, FREE shipping within the Philippines with no minimum purchase
amount. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout for overseas locations based on
destination and order weight.

Estimated Delivery Times
Domestic Shipping: 2–5 business days
International Shipping: 7–14 business days (varies by destination)

5. Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather, or courier service issues.

6. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, don't hesitate to get in touch with us (customerservice@makkoessentialsph.com) within 7 days of the expected delivery date so we can assist you in filing a claim or replacing your order.
